Tom and Barb Westover reside in Egan, South Dakota -located in the southeastern corner of the state.  Barb’s parents, Jim and Frances Loiseau instilled the love for horses that she carries on today.  Success on the South Dakota racetrack propelled the Frenchmans legacy into the rodeo arena, where it has become a household name in today’s barrel racing world.  Barb’s broodmare program is primarily based on mares that she competed on herself, and has carefully chosen to cross with the premier stallions in the industry.
